This website is operated by Danarch Planning and Design Services. By using it you agree to these terms. Content on this site is for general information about our services. We update it regularly but cannot guarantee every page reflects the very latest position on planning law, building regulations, or pricing.
Service engagement
Any work we undertake on your behalf is governed by a separate written engagement letter agreed before work starts. That letter sets out scope, fees, timelines, and the responsibilities of each party. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services.
Free consultation
Our free on-site consultation is offered without obligation. We will travel to your site at our cost and provide an honest assessment. Nothing in that consultation creates a contract between us. You are free to engage us, or any other firm, or no firm at all.
Professional status
Danarch Planning and Design Services provides planning and design consultancy. We are not RIAI-registered architects. For projects requiring certification by a registered architect we collaborate with qualified professionals, and that arrangement will be made clear in your engagement letter.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, our liability for any work performed is limited to the fees paid for that specific work. This does not affect any rights you have under Irish consumer protection legislation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
