With Danarch, there's no account manager, no handover, no being passed around. The person who walks your site is the person who draws your plans and the person who deals with the council. For twenty years, that person has been Ian Daniel.
He started Danarch in 2005 and has guided hundreds of Irish projects through design, planning and construction since. The fixed-fee model the firm is known for was his decision, and his reasoning was simple. A client should never be punished with a bigger bill just because their project got bigger.
