Project management is the thread that ties every part of a build together. A project can be well designed and well funded, the contractors highly skilled, but if the pieces aren't expertly integrated and managed, budgets overrun, schedules slip, and the result falls short of what the client expected. That's the job we do.
The earlier we start, the more we save you
We can join a project at any stage, but the earlier we're involved, the more effective we can be. Getting in early is how we deliver a project to a standard that exceeds expectations while making sure you get value for money at every step. We have extensive experience across residential, commercial, educational, office fit-outs, retail fit-outs, sports facilities and conservation projects, and we can manage every aspect from the design stage onward.

Our full project management scope covers five stages. You can take all of them, or we can tailor the service to just the stages you need.
Design stage
As with our design service, we prepare a design that reflects your taste, your requirements and your construction budget. Because our designers are in house, we can make sure the project is genuinely reflective of what you want from the very start.
Planning stage
If planning permission is required, we put together the application and submit it to the local authority. We then liaise with the council, answer any queries they raise, and keep the application moving as efficiently as possible.
Budgeting
We produce a report with a full cost breakdown, the quantities of materials required, and realistic budgets for every aspect of the build, building works, plumbing, heating, fit-out and the rest. Right through construction, we make sure the project stays on budget, on the agreed schedule, and at the expected standard.
Tendering
When you're ready to build, we identify and source the right people for the job, contractors who will meet the high standard you've set while giving you value for money.
Construction
This is the stage where we come into our own. We offer continual architectural and engineering support throughout the build: issuing construction drawings and specifications to the contractors and subcontractors, issuing certificates of compliance at each stage and at completion, providing the certificates you need to draw down from your mortgage provider, and setting and managing the construction programme to make sure it's adhered to.
